Air heaters operate in an effective heat exchange system. Air from the heated room is forced through a steel exchanger, where it is heated by the heat generated in the combustion chamber. The forced air movement is ensured by a fan with appropriately selected efficiency. Rapid energy exchange and the forced injection of heated air into the room produce a noticeable increase in temperature. An advantage of this solution is the absence of an intermediary medium, such as liquid (water). There are also no transmission heat losses, because the temperature is transferred directly to the heated object. Another advantage is the ability to turn off the device at any time and period, regardless of the temperature at which it is located. Due to the lack of a liquid medium (water), the device will not freeze and can be restarted at any time. The Pasat heater with an automatic fuel feeder – a retort burner – operates independently for 2-4 days (which is how long the fuel tank capacity lasts). The heater is controlled by an Electronic Controller with many sensors and safeguards. After programming, the controller directs the operation of the fuel feeder – burner and the blower fan in order to obtain the set temperature of the blown, heated air. This automation can also cooperate with an external temperature programmer, placed inside the heated object. In such a case, the heater strives for a precise temperature value that we want to obtain in the heated room. After programming such a set and starting the heater, the entire process is automatic.construction

How is an air heater built?

The device consists of a heat exchanger with a fan mounted on it, and an exhaust outlet located at the opposite end. On the side, depending on the version, there is a fuel tank with a carburetor assembly on the left or right side (the side is specified when ordering the device). On the opposite side, there is an inspection door providing access to the burner and its combustion chamber. The device is delivered complete and ready to operate. The customer only needs to connect the chimney system/chimney pipes and power supply.

Where to Install an Air Heater

Air heaters are ideal for heating large volumes of space, including:

  • Churches
  • Warehouses
  • Production Halls
  • Greenhouses
  • Foil Tunnels
  • Sports Halls
  • Workshops
  • Restaurants, Nightclubs

Air heaters can heat any facility with an open structure. It is also possible to connect a warm air distribution system – based on a custom-designed project.
